Mint Dark Chocolate

This ranks up there in my personal list of favourites. The dark chocolate cream is rich but not overly heavy, and the mint cake adds a refreshing taste as it mixes in with every bite. Be warned! It's easy to get hooked into continuing slice after slice, and the roll may be finished faster than you imagine.

Made using 60% Belgian dark chocolate, this roll is best served chilled directly from the fridge. Or within the fridge if you can fit.
